What is the difference between a private and communal cremation?

A private cremation is designated its own chamber and the remains are delivered back to the family. A communal cremation is not given a private chamber, and the remains are lovingly returned to nature.

Will I get my pet’s ashes or will their ashes be mixed in with other animals?

Every private cremation will only contain the remains of the pet.

How long does the cremation process take?

Depending upon the size of the pet, it can take from anywhere between 1-2 hours.

Can I view the cremation process of my pet?

We have a viewing window that will allow the pet owner to view their pet being placed into the chamber.

How quickly will I receive my pet’s remains?

We try our best to be courteous to timing concerns and efficient in our procedures. The normal time should fall somewhere between 1-2 weeks.

How can I be sure my pet has not been misplaced?

Every pet under the care of Center Point Cremations is assigned a unique tracking code, specific to that pet alone. That code is scanned at every step of the cremation process, from the initial pick-up to the return of the remains–the technology ensures that the cremation process cannot proceed without making sure that your pet is not misplaced.

What is the pricing for a pet cremation?

The pricing is based on the weight of your pet. Please call us for more details: 817-966-5520.
